Who are you? I am a healthy rebel! I am a person who believes “can’t” is a four-letter word and that are greatest limitation is ourselves.  I am someone who is willing to go against the grain to create positive impact, am a catalyst for change, and love inspiring others to live their best life.

What makes you excited? See my friends, family, are team members crush their goals, excites me! I also love crushing a workout and getting faster, stronger, and leaner! Knowing there is no there, and always striving for greatness, keeps me motivated, focused, driven, and passionate.

Where is your favorite place to travel to? The most favorite place ever was in New Zealand, but more a more easy getaway , it is Beaver Creek, CO or Riviera Maya, Mexico.

What are you passionate about? Seeing people live their best life … physically, financially, and emotionally. Life is short, and it’s up to decide how we show up every day, for ourselves, and for others. I am an active advocate of gratitude, mindfulness, and hard work, and it fires me up to share that with others.

What were some of your life’s biggest challenges? I have 3 major life challenges that have sculpted me into the woman I am today.  The first was overcoming childhood trauma from my parents challenging divorce as well as childhood bullying.  The second challenge was beating addiction – drugs, cigarettes, and food.  The 3rd major challenge was coping with my best friend’s murder and my final challenge, was learning how to trust, and love, from within, and then from others, by breaking through habits of poor relationships. I think we have all struggled with our health at times, money at times, or with those we love, but these obstacles have a massive impact in who I am today, who I show up for others, and also what I expect in others.

Tell us about your book? Get Off the Curb is my story from fight or flight (childhood trauma) to an activated achiever, also known as a successful entrepreneur and business owner. While the book vulnerability shares my life stories, the focus is on the reader, their takeaways, and how the journey can impact them.

The Lauren Danielle philosophy is about rebelling against the “cant’s” and rising up into who you were created to be. One of her favorite sayings is, “If it’s going to be, it’s up to me!” Lauren ignites your mind, body, and soul as she shares how overcoming childhood trauma helped her step into her purpose, passion, and leadership, and you can too. Refusing to become a victim of the obstacles against her, including emotional abuse, bullying, addiction, obesity, and extreme grief due to horrifying losses, Lauren looked for the lessons and came back even stronger. Lauren has learned from every experience, using them to become her best self, create a powerful impact, and leave a profound legacy. She inspires thousands to let go of past events and rise into the people they strive to be. With vulnerability, wit, and sarcasm Lauren shares her sometimes painful stories to provide you with insight and a how-to plan for transformation. Lauren is relatable and inspiring, effortlessly pushing you to reach for what you once thought was impossible. You will find your story reflected in her voice and learn to embrace the forgiveness, happiness, love, and joy you’ve always longed for.
